Presentation

Beyond Execution: How M.O.R.E. Transforms Project Professionals into Strategic Value Drivers

Utah faces unprecedented project challenges: the 2034 Olympics, a housing crisis requiring thousands of new units, and massive infrastructure demands. Success isn't just about delivering on time and budget anymore. It's about creating value that transforms communities.

Drawing from PMI's groundbreaking research involving 10,000+ project professionals across 141 countries, Ian Summers will reveal the M.O.R.E. framework that's redefining project success globally. As a member of PMI's research team that developed M.O.R.E., he'll share insider insights on why traditional project metrics fall short and how the most successful project professionals are evolving into strategic business partners and leading the transformation our profession and our communities desperately need.

Attendees will leave with:

  • The four M.O.R.E. principles and how to apply them immediately to elevate project outcomes
  • Research-backed strategies for evolving from task executor to strategic value creator
  • A practical roadmap for building the business acumen that enables true project success
